Below is a brief summary of all the changes to Windows 10 in the "Fall Creators Update" which was released on 17th October 2017
The Windows Shell covers the main parts of Windows that users interact with on a daily basis e.g. Start Menu, Action Center, Taskbar and File Explorer, improvements include:-
oResizing Start horizontally is now smoother
oYou can now resize Start diagonally
oStart and Action Center now uses Acrylic style background
oScrollbars will now shrink away when cursor isn't near them
oAdded new context menu icons in Start
oToast notifications now float in the bottom right corner, the design has been tweaked, and they now feature an arrow instead of an X to dismiss them
oThere is now a My People Hub icon on the taskbar where you can pin up to three contacts, these contacts can send you "pops" that appear as animated emoji on your desktop. It also gives you quick access to all your contacts and associated communication apps
oTaskbar Battery icon has new flyout with a slider for Power Throttling
oYou can now share files via the Share option in the context menu

Windows 10 internet browser Microsoft Edge continues to evolve with each new version of Windows 10
This build includes better functionality for viewing PDF (including PDF forms), and EPUB files, a new feature to read aloud web content, an improved favorites system and many improvements for stability
oYou can now ink on PDFs directly within Microsoft Edge
oYou can now see a PDFs table of contents
oMicrosoft Edge now supports PDF forms
oGeneral PDF reading improvements
oYou can now pin websites to the taskbar just like with Internet Explorer 11
oGeneral EPUB improvements, including ability to annotate EPUB documents
oReading progress is now synced across all you Windows 10 devices
oYou can now save favorites into a different location directly from the favorites UI
oYou can now edit the URL of an already saved favorite
oEdge now features a read aloud mode that reads text for you on a webpage, PDF or EPUB document
oUnder the hood improvements
oCopy and paste is now more reliable

The improvements to the Windows 10 Settings apps continues and even more items have been moved from the legacy Control Panel:-
oAbout area has been redesigned with relevant information about system health
oStorage Sense can now automatically delete files in your downloaded folder after 30 days
oStorage Sense can now delete the previous version of Windows once an upgrade has taken place
oRemote Desktop is now in the Settings app
oA new sidebar is present with contextual help tips and video
oUpdates now have individual progress indicators when downloading and installing
oNew update activity monitor that shows statistics on downloads of updates for the month
oCortana now has its own area in Settings
oYou can now track update download usage
oThere is a new option for linking an Android or iPhone device to your Windows 10 PC
