There is a new "Light" theme that can be used with this update of Windows 10 - in contrast to the dark theme that was already available

In this update the search facility and Cortana virtual assistant have been split into two separate area on the taskbar

The Settings app has seen another overhaul in this update - it now has a personalized banner across the top providing quick access to your Microsoft account and shortcuts to settings that still need configuring - useful when setting up a new computer for the first time
