Below is a brief summary of all the changes to Windows 10 in the "April 2018 Update" version 1803 which was released in April 2018
One of the major new features coming to this edition of Windows 10 is Timeline
In basic terms it is an enhancement to the Task View screen which currently shows all open apps
With the new version of Windows 10 it will also now show a "history" of everything you have done that day or up to 30 days earlier, such as documents opened or created, websites viewed, emails sent, photos opened etc - making it easier for you to resume a task you were doing earlier on the same device or any other device where you have logged in using the same Microsoft Account. It means you can be editing a document on your desktop computer, then you can go out with your laptop and easily remember what you were doing earlier
You can access Timeline with the new updated Task View button in the taskbar (shown circled in red below)
You will see a list of running applications at the top, while your Timeline activities appears at the bottom sorted by day, you can click See all next to a specific day to see all activities for the chosen day
