The Quick Settings Panel gives you easy access to settings you may need to access easily such as wireless and bluetooth connections, aeroplane mode, screen rotate, location and screen brightness

 

To access the panel swipe down from the top of your screen and you will see the screen below

 

From here you can quickly change settings as well as customizing the panel, accessing the main settings app and switching users
