The new Quick Analysis Tool lets you quickly convert your data into a chart or table

 

Simply select the area of data you wish to analyze and click the Quick Analysis icon as highlighted in red below

 

A menu will then appear where you can apply conditional formatting to highlight interesting data, create charts to visualize data, add formulas, create tables to sort, filter and summarize data or create sparklines
