Microsoft Outlook automatically detects most if not all junk/spam/phishing email messages, and moves them into your Spam or Junk E-Mail folder.

 

 

If an item in this folder has been mistakenly identified as spam (or if an item in your inbox should have been detected as spam) - then you can highlight the message, click on the Report button on the Home tab (as highlighted in red below) - and you will see a menu appear where you can mark the message as Junk/Not Junk.
