Folder List

This pane shows a list of your contact folders - normally you would just have one titled Contacts


If you wish you can create multiple folders to store different contacts - to do this right mouse click here and choose New Contact Folder...


Contact List

This area shows all the contacts in the selected folder


You can double click on a contact to open it and view more details or to edit it



Click here to create a new contact, you will then see the following screen where you can enter details of the contact such as name, address, phone number, email etc


Click Save when you have entered all the details





You can change how the contacts are displayed using this toolbar and choose whether to show a phone list, business cards or whether to sort them by company or location



You can search your contacts by typing a name in this box and pressing return or clicking the magnifying glass icon
