To remove any installed software from your computer you need to go to Programs > Uninstall a program in the Control Panel

 

You will then see a list of all installed software, when it was installed and its size - and you can highlight the required item and click Uninstall

You can also remove (turn on/off) Windows features by clicking Turn Windows features on or off

 

 

And you can removed any installed updates by clicking View installed updates
