With Word 2013 you can now open and edit existing PDF files as well as being able to save your documents in the PDF file format

 

When you open a PDF file it will first convert it into an editable state - this may effect some of the document formatting as the message shown warns

 

 

To save a document in the PDF file format, choose it from the Save as type drop down box when you save your file
