Office Menu

Here you can access options for opening, saving and printing your spreadsheets as well as creating a new spreadsheet

Quick Access Toolbar

Provides quick access to regularly used functions such as save, undo and redo  - can be customized with any other icons you require

The Ribbon

Contains all the main functionality of Excel divided up into tabbed sections designed to make finding the tool you need easier

Worksheet Tabs

Displays all open worksheets and allows you to easily navigate between sheets

Help

Clicking the help icon opens up Excel help screen where you can search through Help and How To’s for a variety of tasks

Scrolling

The scrollbar can be used to navigate up and down through your document

Columns and Rows

Your spreadsheet is made up of cells organized into columns along the top and rows down the side

Windows Appearance

Allows you to switch between various viewing modes as well as zooming in or out of your document (as below)
