Microsoft Outlook automatically detects most if not all junk/spam/phishing email messages, and moves them into your Spam or Junk E-Mail folder

If an item in this folder has been mistakenly identified as spam (or if an item in your inbox should have been detected as spam) - then you can highlight the message, click on the Junk button on the Home tab - and you will see a menu appear (as shown below) where you can mark the message as Junk/Not Junk, Block/Unblock the sender and configure further junk email options
